Energy Associates, recently signed for the Design of  Building Services Engineering Work for above-mentioned project. The project is in Gujrat, having total covered area of approximately 461,006 FT2 and External Development area is around 228,650 FT2.

The Building Services Engineering  includes, Mechanical Services of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Fire Fighting, Vertical Transportation, sewerage Treatment Plant, Grey Water Treatment Plant, and Electrical Services of Lighting, Power Distribution, Emergency / Standby Power generation, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Communication & Data System, Facade Lighting, Electronic Security Systems, Renewable Energy Technologies, Solar Thermal, Solar Voltaic, etc.

External Areas Development such as Rainwater harvesting, Landscape Irrigation, External Lighting and Power distribution, water Features such as fountains , water fall etc.
