The Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mohammed Saghir Khan is an Entrepreneurial and highly driven International Professional Engineer IntPE (UK), European Engineer (EUR ING) Chartered Building Services Engineer & Chartered Energy Engineer. He holds BSc.Degree in Mechanical Engineering and master’s degree in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University London U.K.

Mr. Saghir has over Thirty (30) years of experience in designing Building ServicesEngineering & Construction Management of Building Services, responsible for ensuring cost-e/ective, environmentally sound, Sustainable design coupled with RenewableTechnologies along with Maintenance of Energy using elements in Buildings.

Deep understanding of international building codes and necessary permits for building, Excellent client relationship skills with the proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. In-depth knowledge of sizing HVAC, DistrictCooling, Plumbing Systems, Sewerage & Water Treatment Plants, Smart BuildingSystems, Fire Fighting Systems, Cogeneration Plants, including Mechanical Codes, National Electric Code (NEC), IEC, IEEE, EIA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, Standards.

Mr. Saghir is having working experience in different capacities, related to building services Engineering on more than Sixty (60) projects in various countries including Canada, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Egypt, Syria, Turkmenistan, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
